Wednesday (17th): 9am-6pm (Check in begins at 8am for all non-VIPs)
Thursday (18th): 9am-6pm
Friday (19th): 9am-1pm
Note: There will be breaks periodically and a 90 min break for lunch on Day 1 and Day 2. (approximately at 12:30, return at 1:50)
What should I wear?
Business professional. This is a group of professionals and you should look the part. Also, DRESS WARM!! We keep the room very cold for our speakers, so make sure you dress accordingly.
Are meals provided?
Meals are not provided, except for the VIP Reception dinner. However, there are tons of great and affordable restaurants in the event hotel resort.
What airport should I fly into?
We recommend you fly into Denver International Airport. You will need to arrange your own car arrangements to get from the airport to the hotel.
When do I need to arrive at the Boot Camp?
If traveling, we recommend that you arrive on July 16th. Registration begins Wednesday morning at 8 AM on July 17th. Arrive early to avoid the chaos of registration. V.I.P. will have early registration Tuesday at 7 PM We will be ending on Friday at 1 PM, so plan your return flight accordingly so you don't miss anything!
